Shipping time
The delivery of products purchased on store.redimensionmusic.com takes place on average within 5 working days from the order in Italy and the EU and within 8 days for all other destinations.
Delivery times may be delayed in case of holidays; carriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping time for normal administrative checks.
Non-EU countries
Shipments to destinations outside the European Union are subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges shall be borne exclusively by the consignee, who shall pay the amount due to the shipper or the competent authorities.
